Night Full Moon could be described as energy change time. Some people may feel like they are fatigued, bored, or even if they are depressed. 

It gives you the ability to relax, to let new energy in, and to find ease. Here is how You can do full moon yoga tonight and bring your yoga practice to the next level!

What is Full Moon Yoga?

They practice yoga at night when there is light from a full moon as they call it full moon practice. 

This practice links movement with the lunar cycle and is meant to help get in sync with people’s bodies, minds, and spirits. 

It has some of the natural poses with little movements and slow breaths to let go of everything that is not beneficial to you.

It can be liked during the nighttime when rooms are brightly lit by moonlight or in relatively dimly lit rooms.

  2. Include Gentle Twists: Twists support the practice of letting out some stress and tension.
  3. Use Moon Salutations: Moving in fluid patterns that can be paralleled to the motions of the lunar cycle.
  4. Practice Restorative Poses: If you’re unable to switch sides then I advise you to try Reclined Butterfly Pose or Legs-Up-the-Wall.
  5. End with Savasana: Finish your practice by getting down on the bed and absorbing the energy.
