Hey! My name is Elyce Elowen, and I’m a certified yogi who has been practicing and teaching yoga for the last few years

In today’s blog entry, I will write about my views on what is called Christ Yoga and how beneficial it is.

No matter if you are a beginner or a devotee this guide will show you how Christ Yoga enriches your body and soul.

Let’s dive in together! Therefore, I had to pen this article with my personal experience so that you could also have some knowledge of what is out there.

What is Christ Yoga?

Christian Yoga resembles yoga in movements, but it is filled with Christian elements and aphorisms.

It provides an opportunity to pray, breathe, and make very slow movements that can only be associated with a prayer session.

A lot of people have a question about Yoga, for instance, “Is Yoga a sin?” or “Can a Christian practice Yoga?” The term, Christ Yoga, can be understood as the attempt to connect the two worlds: yoga and Christianity.

Unlike most traditional chanting practices which employ words, this practice involves Bible verses, worship, and gratitude.

In Christ Yoga, every exercise turns into a prayer. Each time a person breathes, that is a way to think about God’s grace.

Therefore bodybuilding has less to do with religion but about building your faith and your physique at that.
