Mental Benefits

It is found that Bikram yoga pose practice is effective in decreasing stress levels. The heat gives more of a chance to get deeper with the stretching.

This can help you to clear your mind. Most people find themselves more at ease after a class. It also has positive effects on the ability to concentrate.

Physical Benefits

Bikram yoga benefits your body in many ways:

  • Increases Flexibility: It is easier to stretch if one has practiced every day.

If it is uncomfortable, get props or change positions to whatever is comfortable for you. The latter, common advice all the same, is that it’s wise to heed your body and not overtrain.
